Job summary

A construction company is seeking a Project Manager for commercial cast-in-place and tilt-up concrete projects in Reno, NV. You will lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, manage schedules and budgets, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction and strong knowledge of concrete practices. This role requires onsite presence and offers a relocation package, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven experience with cast-in-place and/or tilt-up concrete.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across field and office teams.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Sage preferred).
• Willingness to be onsite and travel to local job sites daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial cast-in-place and tilt-up concrete projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Own project execution: schedules, budgets, cost control, and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with superintendents, foremen, safety teams, and subcontractors.
• Review and manage contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Drive change orders, billing, and cost tracking using Sage.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Balance office-based planning with active job site leadership.
