Qualifications

• 7+ years total construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager leading projects independently.
• Extensive experience managing large, complex, high-risk, or multi‑phase commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams, mentor staff, manage risk and support business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large, complex, or high‑risk commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Establish and maintain project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost controls; ensure successful delivery within profit, safety, and quality expectations.
• Identify schedule conflicts, scope gaps, and discrepancies; lead resolution with minimal oversight.
• Provide senior‑level judgment and decision‑making to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and in compliance with all requirements.
• Represent the company with professionalism in all client, design team, and industry engagements.
