Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking a Concrete Project Manager to lead estimates and manage project administration in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role requires a detailed takeoff, clear communication, and coordination with project leads to align schedules and budgets.

Candidates should have 5+ years in project management and estimating for large-scale concrete work, plus self-perform concrete experience. A bachelor’s degree in CM or Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management and estimating experience.
• Self-perform concrete experience required; focus on commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates.
• Identify concrete scope items and develop project strategy.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up project budgets, cost codes, and contract review.
• Maintain organized logs for MPOs and POs.
• Create and manage preliminary project schedules.
• Prepare daily cost reports and change orders.
• Support project leads to develop an execution plan.
