Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee project administration in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves ensuring accurate project information is communicated to all stakeholders, collaborating with operational teams, and managing project schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of project management experience in large-scale concrete projects. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Experience with structural concrete projects.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices for projects exceeding $1 million.

Responsibilities

• Generate and ensure all project information is correct and timely.
• Create the preliminary schedule for each project.
• Organize and set up logs for MPOs and POs.
