Job summary

Lithko Contracting seeks a Concrete Project Manager to join our Raleigh, NC team. You will develop accurate estimates and manage administration for the entire project, ensuring detailed information reaches all stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project management and estimating for self-perform concrete, with a background in commercial/industrial projects and a Bachelor’s in CM or Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, emphasis on Commercial/Industrial concrete.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a detailed and accurate estimate for a potential project.
• Identify and quantify concrete scope items and collaborate on a project strategy.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Prepare project setup including contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
• Create and communicate detailed project information and preliminary schedules.
• Organize log setup for MPOs and POs to track items and submittals.
• Maintain organized takeoffs and collaborate with Project Lead to develop project plans.
• Produce daily cost reports and assist in change orders and project closeouts.
