Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a large-scale Self-Perform GC or concrete contractor.
• Experience with structural concrete projects.
• Experience with estimates, bids, and proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and ensure all project information is correct and timely.
• Create the preliminary schedule for each project.
• Perform project setup including initial contract review and preliminary budget.
• Set up logs for MPOs and POs to track items and submittals.
• Manage an organized takeoff for each project.
• Collaborate with Project Lead to develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Communicate important information, solutions, and opportunities to the team.
• Compile daily job cost reports to match the budget.
• Create change orders based on customer expectations.
• Execute detailed project closeout.
