Job summary

You will develop accurate estimates, prepare proposals, and coordinate a detailed project plan with the team to meet schedule and budget goals.

This role requires self-perform concrete experience and strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in large-scale concrete projects.
• Experience in estimating, bidding, and preparing proposals.
• Self-perform concrete experience required.
• Projects typically exceed $1M and require strong PM discipline.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate estimates and provide detailed project information.
• Create preliminary schedules and manage project setup and cost codes.
• Coordinate with project lead and stakeholders to align on plans.
• Prepare customer proposals and ensure alignment with budget.
• Generate daily cost reports and closeouts for projects.
