Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Generate and ensure all project information is correct and timely.
• Create preliminary project schedules.
• Perform project setup including contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
• Set up logs for MPOs and POs to track items and submittals.
• Manage an organized takeoff for each project.
• Collaborate with Project Lead and other teams to develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Communicate important information and opportunities to the team.
• Compile daily job cost reports to align costs with the budget.
• Create change orders based on customer expectations.
• Execute a detailed project closeout.
