Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Denver, CO is seeking a Concrete Project Manager to lead self-perform concrete projects from estimate to closeout. You will develop accurate estimates, manage budgets, schedules, and all administrative aspects of complex, large-scale projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management and estimating for concrete contractors, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering, and proven self-perform concrete experience across commercial/industrial scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Structural concrete project management experience is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial concrete.
• Experience with performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare a detailed and accurate estimate for a potential project.
• Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items and contribute to developing project strategy.
• Generate a customer proposal and preliminary schedule.
• Perform the job setup for the project including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
• Create the preliminary schedule for the project and keep logs organized for MPOs and POs.
• Collaborate with the Project Lead to develop an accurate project plan.
• Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the team as needed.
• Compile daily job cost reports to ensure alignment with the budget.
• Create change orders after understanding customer expectations.
• Execute a detailed closeout for the project.
