Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Experience in construction project management or field oversight.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with CMiC or equivalent project controls software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small project or component with oversight.
• Support safety and quality plans and mentoring of team.
• Coordinate with QA/QC planning and subcontractor proposals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, reports and procurement logs.
• Lead meetings, track progress and ensure timely closeout of scopes.
