Responsibilities

• Lead project estimates for base project and self-perform work; establish scopes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and purchase orders to align with schedule.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and progress reports.
• Monitor risk, productivity and resource allocation across the project.
