Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to manage project components with oversight, applying JE Dunn processes and field execution standards on-site. You will collaborate with the project team to monitor manpower, materials, schedule, safety and quality, and drive successful project delivery.

The role emphasizes coordination, reporting, and risk management across core construction activities, with opportunities to mentor others and lead lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years construction experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and willingness to travel/relocate.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety and quality duties per plans and culture.
• Coordinates QA/QC planning to ensure quality.
• Assists in estimating and change management; reviews subcontractor proposals.
• On-site collaboration with project team for manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Maintains documentation including daily reports and progress updates.
• Organizes meetings and disseminates project information.
• Prepares reports to support scheduling and procurement.
• Leads close-out activities and post-construction documentation.
