Comstock in Rockville, MD is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional hospitality for our residents. You’ll greet guests, address needs with care, and act as a trusted ambassador for our community, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include providing top-tier customer service, managing calls, coordinating visits, and supporting maintenance and events while maintaining a neat reception area. The role requires weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service background with hospitality focus.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Weekend availability is required; holidays may be needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests, and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy with necessary supplies.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to destinations.
• Coordinate reservations for amenities and loading areas.
• Conduct daily building walks and address maintenance items.
• Work scheduled shifts; perform other duties as needed.
