Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Concierge on the Customer Experience team to own relationships with our highest-value customers, delivering world-class service and ensuring a seamless experience with all company products.

You will lead end-to-end onboarding, monitor accounts, drive feature adoption, and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to resolve issues and surface customer insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an enterprise customer management or advisory role.
• Foundational knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency and staking.
• Proficiency with G Suite and CRM tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and deepen relationships with high-value consumer customers.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and account setup.
• Monitor accounts and resolve issues or guide to resolution.
• Drive adoption of features and products tailored to each customer.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to resolve complex issues.
• Represent customer feedback to drive product improvements.
