You’ll join a global team supporting a luxury brand, handling reservations and client interactions with accuracy and tact. Strong English, 60 WPM typing, and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or client-facing roles.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, articulate, and emotionally intelligent service via phone, text, and email.
• Assist clients with time-sensitive reservations and scheduling.
