Job summary

Integrated Private Wealth is seeking a Client Concierge to own the experience of our most strategic clients. You will coordinate across advisors, operations, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely updates.

In this role you will combine luxury hospitality sensibilities with wealth-management discipline, maintaining discretion, and driving proactive communications to keep clients informed and confident in our capabilities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, family office support, private aviation or yachting, or wealth management.
• Ability to translate client needs into coordinated actions and outcomes.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority relationships with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience for strategic clients with a seamless, personalized transition.
• Develop and maintain client experience profiles with communication preferences and key dates.
• Create individualized engagement plans and coordinate touchpoints to deepen trust.
• Conduct client experience reviews to ensure value realization and partner network leverage.
• Provide proactive, clear communication on status, next steps, and timing.
