You will assess listings, track metrics, and promote continuous improvement. The role requires 3+ years in crypto or fintech, strong communication, data‑driven thinking, and the ability to work independently after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in crypto, finance, or customer support roles.
• Foundational knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, and NFT.
• Experience with CRM and blockchain analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely, and personalised support to customer inquiries across channels, adhering to SLAs and SOPs.
• Follow and execute daily workflows with precision; flag gaps and propose improvements.
• Identify and escalate issues to superiors and communicate updates.
• Assess listing applications against defined criteria to meet company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer-related matters.
• Track, document, and report key performance metrics and user feedback.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, project teams, exchanges, and partners.
• Stay current on crypto and Web3 industry changes and adapt processes accordingly.
