Job summary

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in desktop hardware/software support.
- 1 year leading IT projects; bachelor/associate degree or certifications acceptable.
- Certs such as A+, Net+, MCDST may substitute for some experience.
Responsibilities
- Install, configures and provides advanced user support for PCs and peripherals.
- Monitor and resolve service desk tickets and document resolutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for other technicians.
- Assist with hardware/software upgrades and OS deployments.
