Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer for Compute Systems to provide direct support to enterprise customers on DGX, HGX, MGX platforms, and to triage hardware and AI/ML workloads in large data centers. You will work with engineering teams to reproduce issues, log details, and help advance solutions.

Strong Linux, C/C++, and Python skills are essential. Expect collaboration across product and software tooling, plus opportunity to work on AI-enabled solutions and customer-focused tooling.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with multi-GPU platforms.
• Strong system software (firmware, BIOS, kernel, driver, operating system) expertise.
• Solid understanding of Linux and the ability to troubleshoot AI/ML workloads.
• Proficient in C/C++ and Python programming for platform OS and tooling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers to resolve or advance issues.
• Work with engineering teams, providing logs, reproduction steps, and triage information.
• Apply AI to create/update products and/or support tools.
• Own issues from inception to resolution and document interactions.
• Develop and maintain automation/tools to assist support workflows.
• Occasional weekend/holiday coverage to support customers.
