Job summary

The role requires a BS in CS/EE, 5+ years on multi-GPU systems, strong Linux, C/C++, Python, and Docker/Kubernetes/Slurm experience. Documentation and ownership of issues are essential; some weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with multi-GPU platforms.
• Strong Linux system software expertise and debugging skills.
• Proficient in C/C++ and Python with tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers to resolve or advance issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, supplying logs, repro steps, and triage data.
• Apply AI to create and update products and support tools.
• Own customer issues from inception to resolution.
• Document interactions to enhance knowledge base.
• Occasional weekend/holiday support to assist customers.
