Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our closed-door facility in Ohio. The role focuses on non-sterile compounding, including topicals, tablets, gummies, and more, while adhering to USP standards and state regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of pharmacy tech experience, OH registration, and a strong attention to detail. The position offers competitive pay and advancement opportunities within the pharmacy team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Active OH Certified Pharmacy Technician registration.
At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience, hospital or compounding setting preferred.
Familiarity with USP <795> and <800> standards.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements, documentation, and records.

Responsibilities

Clean, calibrate, and maintain non-sterile compounding equipment and designated workspaces.
Assist with staging raw materials and managing non-sterile compounding inventory.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
Participate in site-specific training, competency assessments, and revalidation.
Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
Follow USP <795> and <800> requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
Compound non-sterile medications following prescription orders and SOPs.
