Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales development and commercialization for Proxxima™ Thermoset Resin Systems in the Americas. You will identify new customers in the composites value chain and partner to deliver defined value.

You will maintain the customer base, respond to proposals, set pricing strategies, and develop annual account plans. Travel to conferences and ongoing pipeline reviews are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the composites industry value chain with resin/fiber or end-user sales experience.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and translate them into customer value.
• Strong technical and commercial proficiency in composites products and applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and drive development, converting pipeline to sales.
• Manage sales proposals, follow up on leads and achieve outcomes.
• Develop responses to customer requirements and maintain the customer base using Salesforce.
• Set pricing strategies based on the value in use and annual account planning.
• Represent the company at conferences and monitor proposals and inquiries monthly.
