AllSTEM Connections, Inc. is seeking an experienced Composite Technician III in Poway, CA for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting advanced aerospace and defense manufacturing.

The role requires hands-on experience in lamination, layup, bonding, trimming, drilling, finishing, and precision assembly of complex aerospace structures. The candidate will work in a highly technical environment focused on quality, precision, and teamwork.

Competenze

• Experience in lamination, layup, bonding, trimming, routing or drilling for aerospace composites.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, and work instructions.
• Experience with quality records, inspections, and ensuring tolerances are met.

Mansioni

• Fabricate, assemble, repair, and finish composite aerospace structures.
• Perform layup, lamination, bonding, trimming, routing, drilling, sanding, masking, and finishing operations.
• Interpret complex drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documents.
