Job summary

AllSTEM Connections, Inc. is seeking an experienced Composite Technician Level II-III for a temp-to-hire role in Poway, CA.

The candidate will perform composite layup/lamination, fabrication, bonding, trimming, drilling, and repair of complex aerospace-grade components to strict specifications. Responsibilities include following blueprints, performing surface prep, tool setup, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a collaborative environment with engineering and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with composite layup or lamination.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with using molds, jigs, fixtures and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, bond, trim, drill and repair composite components.
• Align and integrate parts per blueprints and drawings.
• Perform surface prep, sanding, cleaning and finishing to required tolerances.
• Set up and use molds, fixtures, and templates to maintain accuracy.
• Contribute to quality checks and document process steps.
