AllSTEM Connections, Inc. is seeking Composite Technician I and II candidates for temp-to-hire opportunities in Poway, CA. Roles involve hands-on manufacturing of advanced composite aerospace structures using carbon fiber, fiberglass, Kevlar, and related processes.

Competenze

• Assemble composite and aerospace structures according to engineering drawings, work instructions, schematics, and manufacturing documentation.
• Prepare materials, molds, fixtures, templates, and tooling for composite production operations.
• Cut, trim, drill, sand, route, bond, finish, and surface prep on composite components.
• Install hardware, inserts, brackets, bushings, rivets, bolts, and other aerospace fasteners.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, fixtures, and templates to complete precision fabrication and assembly tasks.
