Qualifications

• Assemble composite and aerospace structures according to engineering drawings, work instructions, schematics, and manufacturing documentation.
• Prepare materials, molds, fixtures, templates, and tooling for composite production operations.
• Cut, trim, drill, sand, route, bond, finish, and surface prep on composite components.
• Install hardware, inserts, brackets, bushings, rivets, bolts, and other aerospace fasteners.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, fixtures, and templates to complete precision fabrication and assembly tasks.

Job Summary

We are seeking Composite Technician I and Composite Technician II candidates for temp-to-hire opportunities in Poway, CA. These hands-on manufacturing roles support aerospace and defense production through the fabrication and assembly of advanced composite aerospace structures using materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, Kevlar, adhesives, honeycomb core, and related composite manufacturing processes.

Multiple openings are available on 1st and 2nd shift, with opportunities for both entry-level composite manufacturing talent and experienced composite, lamination, fabrication, painting, and finishing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Location: Poway, CA.
• Pay Range: $21.64 to $31.00 per hour.
• Composite Technician Level I, 1st Shift: $21.64 per hour.
• Composite Technician Level I, 2nd Shift: $22.64 per hour.
• Composite Technician Level II, 1st Shift: $25.50 per hour.
• Composite Technician Level II, 2nd Shift: $26.50 per hour.
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
• Multiple openings available.
