This role involves processing essential documentation for vehicle registrations and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma, automotive experience is preferred, and exhibit outstanding organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process documents for state registration to ensure that tax and title documents are also completed.
• Registrations for new and pre-owned vehicles, all license plate issuing and transfers and obtain all dealer titles.
• Check for completeness and signatures on all required paperwork.
• Maintain titles and MSO’s for inventory.
• Reconcile accounting schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive experience preferred
• Highly organized and eagerness to improve
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Work with all levels of employees
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
