Job summary

Reliable Chevrolet Springfield is seeking a Title Clerk with experience to manage titling and registration paperwork for new and used vehicles. You will ensure accuracy, handle fees and taxes, and resolve title discrepancies while supporting compliance and data integrity in customer files.

You will also engage with customers, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Understanding of state and federal title and registration laws.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Excellent computer and organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle paperwork for titling and registration of new and used vehicles with accuracy and efficiency.
• Address fees and taxes with diligence.
