Qualifications

• Prior testing, audit or business operations experience in regulatory compliance is desirable.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; proficient in documenting findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute independent testing and validations as part of the second line of defense.
• Perform complex analysis and testing of controls/processes; summarize results and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in writing findings and presenting results to management and stakeholders.
• Lead or support engagements across multiple business units with adherence to testing methodology.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and applicable laws.
