Affim is seeking a Compliance Lead to support its Compliance Testing Program, reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager. You will perform testing, identify gaps, and collaborate with Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering to remediate issues and strengthen controls.

The role requires 5+ years in Compliance Testing or Audit, deep knowledge of financial services regulations, and strong communication skills to operate in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with visa sponsorship not

Formación

• 5+ years of professional work experience in Compliance Testing or Audit.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends.

Responsabilidades

• Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting on adherence to the compliance program and federal/state regulatory requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and others during reviews.
• Support a fast-paced business with tight deadlines while delivering diligent, detailed work.
• Collaborate with management to identify improvements to current processes or propose new controls.
• Coordinate execution of the compliance risk assessment and control inventory, documenting results.
• Serve as an expert in regulatory compliance as it applies to new or revised products and services.
• Continuously improve internal compliance processes related to the Testing Program.
