Affim is building a proactive compliance program and seeks a Compliance Lead to administer testing, engage with Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering, and help ensure regulatory conformity for new products and services.

You will report to the Senior Compliance Manager and work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a remote-first policy and occasional in-person onboarding.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Compliance Testing or Audit.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and financial regulations.
• Experience with end-to-end compliance testing.
• Strong communication and relationship management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Aufgaben

• Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Product.
• Support a fast-paced business with tight deadlines.
• Identify improvements to strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate the execution of the compliance risk assessment and control inventory.
• Serve as an expert on regulatory compliance for new or revised products and services.
• Continuously improve internal compliance processes related to the Testing Program.
