Job summary

Affim seeks a Compliance Lead to support its Compliance Testing Program in a remote-first environment across the United States. The role collaborates with Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering to review regulatory requirements, identify gaps, and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compliance Testing or Audit.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and financial services trends.
• Experience completing end-to-end compliance testing activities.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with solid analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting on adherence to program and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and other teams.
• Support a fast-paced business with thorough, timely work products under tight deadlines.
• Identify process improvements and propose new controls to strengthen internal processes.
• Coordinate compliance risk assessments and document results.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance for products and services.
• Continuously improve internal compliance processes related to testing programs.
