Job summary

Chime Financial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate for the Compliance Assurance & Testing team to perform strategic, end-to-end regulatory testing of innovative products and services.

You will work with internal teams and the issuing bank partner’s legal and compliance groups, reporting to the Head of Compliance Assurance and Testing. The role offers a base salary of $101,000 to $140,000, with bonus eligibility, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of work experience in regulatory compliance testing, financial services, risk consulting, or fintech.
• Knowledge of consumer financial protection, banking, payment networks, money transmission, and consumer lending regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end compliance testing including scoping, documentation, testing, and reporting to senior management.
• Identify and remediate issues, follow up to ensure remediation is effective.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and bank partners to support testing oversight.
• Design automated internal compliance monitoring and testing to identify trends and KPIs.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory changes affecting product offerings.
