Job summary

Chime Financial, Inc is seeking a Sr. Associate, Compliance Advisory to partner with Complaints, Product, Operations and other teams to provide compliance guidance as a second line of defense. The role supports complaint oversight, product advisory, agent readiness, member-facing communications, and remediation implementation.

The base salary ranges from $101,000 to $140,000 with eligibility for a bonus, equity, and benefits. Actual base salary may vary by location, skills and experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with deposit accounts and credit products.
• Experience with consumer complaints and complaint-program oversight.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and ability to translate into practical guidance.
• Executive and business-partner communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with data analysis, automation, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise the first line of defense on complaint-management requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Review complaint-handling processes and identify remediation gaps from an issue lifecycle perspective.
• Develop and refine complaint procedures, training materials, and resources.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on compliance findings and trends.
• Support regulatory exams, bank partner reviews, and internal audits.
