Job summary

Chime is seeking a Senior Associate for Compliance Assurance & Testing in a multi-office setup (Chicago, NY, SF). You will oversee end-to-end regulatory testing, identify control gaps, and partner with internal teams and bank regulators to ensure adherence to laws and internal policies.

A base salary ranges from $101,000 to $140,000 with eligibility for bonuses and equity. The role reports to the Head of Compliance Assurance and Testing and requires 5–8 years in related fields, strong analytical

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of work experience in regulatory compliance testing, financial services, fintech, or risk consulting.
• Knowledge of consumer financial protection, banking, payment networks, money transmission, and consumer lending regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, initiative, and ability to handle multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end compliance testing, scoping reviews and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Identify issues, gaps and remediation, and report results to senior management.
• Support bank partner testing oversight and assist with automated monitoring design.
