Chime seeks a Sr. Associate, Compliance Advisory to partner with Complaints, Product, Operations, and other teams to provide second-line compliance guidance. You will support complaint oversight, product operations advisory, agent readiness, and communications while identifying regulatory risks and driving remediation.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of consumer financial regulations and their practical application.
• Experience advising on complaint-handling and program oversight.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complaint-management requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Review and remediate complaint processes, controls, and documentation.
• Identify gaps and drive remediation from discovery to implementation.
• Provide advisory support for new/changes to products highlighting compliance considerations.
• Assist with agent readiness and employee communications for product changes.
• Present findings and trends to partners and stakeholders.
