Job summary

Affim is seeking a Compliance Lead to support its Compliance Testing Program, working cross-functionally with Legal, Ops, Product, and Engineering. You will perform testing, identify regulatory gaps, and help strengthen controls in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate risk assessments and act as a subject-matter expert on regulatory issues for new products and services, contributing to a robust, scalable compliance program across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience in Compliance Testing or Audit.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services and trends.
• Experience in end-to-end compliance testing activities.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proactive in proposing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient use of Google Docs, word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Detail-oriented, thorough, and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting on adherence to the program and regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and more.
• Support a fast-paced business with tight deadlines and high-quality output.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate compliance risk assessment and control inventory activities.
• Serve as an expert on regulatory compliance for new or revised products and services.
• Continuously improve internal compliance processes related to Testing Program.
