Zusammenfassung

Affim is seeking a Compliance Lead to support its Compliance Testing Program, reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager. The role requires guiding regulatory reviews, identifying gaps, and partnering with Legal, Operations, and Product to strengthen the compliance program.

This position is remote-first with flexible in-person onboarding. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Compliance Testing or Audit, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven ability to manage complex reviews and stakeholder

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional work experience in Compliance Testing or Audit.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends.
• Experience in completing end-to-end compliance testing activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting on adherence to the compliance program and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, Product, and other departments while completing reviews.
• Support a fast-paced business with meticulous, timely work products.
• Identify improvements to processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate the compliance risk assessment and control inventory and document results.
• Serve as an expert on regulatory compliance as it applies to new or revised products/services.
• Continuously improve internal compliance processes related to the Testing Program.
