Qualifikationen

• ASPPA QKA designation required.
• Ability to read and interpret retirement documents and government instructions.
• Strong math skills including fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Aufgaben

• Prepare compliance tests and year-end packages including eligibility, allocations, and tests.
• Prepare and publish Form 5500, Form 5330, Form 8955-SSA and other regulatory forms.
• Maintain knowledge of complex plan types and evolving regulations.
• Research and resolve testing and 5500 issues; mentor others.
• Prepare asset reconciliation and balance forward allocations as needed.
• Assist with plan documents and QDRO allocations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
