Education includes an Associate degree with 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent mix, plus ASPPA QKA designation. Strong math, reporting, and proficiency with Excel and Word are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 5+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• ASPPA QKA designation required.
• Ability to read and interpret retirement agreements and government filings.
• Strong math, reporting, and office software skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare compliance tests and year-end packages, review eligibility, allocations, and contributions.
• Prepare, review, and publish Form 5500, Form 5330, and other required filings.
• Maintain knowledge of complex plan types and perform testing for cross‑tested, benefit, and PEP/MEP plans.
• Research and resolve testing/5500 issues; mentor other team members and improve processes.
• Prepare asset reconciliations and plan documents as needed; assist with QDRO allocations.
