Job summary
Rippling is launching a new product in the compliance space and is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to lead the charge. You will be the subject matter expert for the product team while advising customers to unlock measurable outcomes and the value of Rippling's solution.
Location: San Francisco, open to remote for the right person. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Account Management to align customer goals with Rippling’s growth strategy and drive adoption of compliance features.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, consulting, or compliance roles.
- 3+ years in compliance or regulatory frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven track record managing customer relationships in SaaS.
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or analytics tools.
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Be the face of the product, guiding onboarding and compliance journeys.
- Translate product value to customers to accelerate SOC 2 readiness.
- Identify risks and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
- Promote new compliance features and drive adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Account Management.
- Leverage data to suggest product improvements.
