Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Post Sales GRC Specialist to lead customers through onboarding, implementation, adoption, and audit readiness of the automated compliance platform. You will serve as the primary post-sales relationship owner and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to ensure retention and successful audits.

You will translate complex frameworks into practical guidance, manage customer health indicators, and drive audit outcomes while collaborating with security and IT

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on GRC or security compliance experience (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR)
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment
• Experience guiding customers through cybersecurity audits (audit readiness, evidence collection)
• Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks and the cybersecurity audit process
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into clear guidance for customers

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales customer journey: onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term success
• Lead implementation of the automated compliance platform with frameworks, controls, evidence workflows, and integrations
• Advise customers as a GRC SME on audit readiness, scoping, policy requirements and control expectations
• Guide customers through end-to-end audit processes, including readiness, evidence collection, and auditor collaboration
• Track customer health indicators like product adoption, audit progress, and timelines
• Translate frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR) into practical guidance
• Build relationships with security, compliance, IT, and executive stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks to customer success; partner cross-functionally to improve product roadmap
• Provide feedback on customer needs to shape the compliance platform evolution
