Job summary

Rippling, based in San Francisco, CA, seeks a Post Sales GRC Specialist to own the post-sales journey, guiding onboarding, implementation, adoption, and audit readiness for customers.

You will translate complex compliance requirements into actionable guidance, support audit readiness, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to improve the customer experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on GRC or security compliance experience.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role.
• Demonstrated experience guiding customers through cybersecurity audits.
• Hands-on knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HIPAA, GDPR, CMMC).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity audit processes.
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
• Strong customer-facing communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple customer implementations or projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales customer journey, including onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term success.
• Lead implementation of the automated compliance platform, configuring frameworks, controls, evidence workflows, and integrations.
• Act as a GRC subject matter expert for customers, advising on audit readiness and policy requirements.
• Guide customers through end-to-end audit processes, including readiness, evidence collection, and auditor collaboration.
• Track and manage customer health indicators such as product adoption and timelines.
• Translate frameworks into practical, product-driven guidance tailored to each environment.
• Build trusted relationships with security, compliance, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Identify risks to customer success and drive mitigation plans.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to improve customer experience.
