Rippling is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to lead our compliance product launch. You will be the face of the product for customers, guiding onboarding and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

You will leverage your expertise in compliance and SaaS to accelerate SOC 2 readiness, mitigate risks, and drive adoption. This high-impact role requires strong communication and multi-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, consulting, or compliance-related roles.
• 3+ years in compliance or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record managing customer relationships in high-stakes environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Product: serve as the primary contact for customers and guide them through onboarding.
• Drive Value Through Expertise: align Rippling’s solution with customer objectives to accelerate SOC 2 readiness.
• Mitigate Risks: identify challenges early and coordinate cross-functional resolution to retain customers.
• Enable Product Adoption: promote latest compliance features and educate users on best practices.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with Sales, Product, and Account Management to align goals.
• Analyze and Report: use data to identify opportunities for product improvements.
