Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Post Sales GRC Specialist to help customers implement and optimize our automated compliance platform. You will guide onboarding, drive adoption, and ensure audit readiness across SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and related frameworks.

You will own the post-sales relationship, manage implementation, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing customer health and successful audit outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on GRC or security compliance experience with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales customer journey from onboarding to long-term success.
• Lead implementation of the automated compliance platform including frameworks, controls, evidence workflows, and integrations.
• Advise customers on audit readiness, scoping, policy requirements, and control expectations.
• Guide customers through end-to-end audit process and collaborate with auditors.
• Monitor customer health indicators and drive mitigation plans as needed.
• Translate compliance requirements into practical guidance tailored to each environment.
• Build relationships with security, compliance, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to improve experience and inform roadmap.
