Job summary

TD Bank US Compliance is seeking a Senior Compliance Business Oversight Manager to provide independent second-line risk oversight across U.S. Corporate Office Compliance programs, including governance laws, rules and regulations.

You will design, implement and continually enhance the Regulatory Compliance Management Program, providing effective challenge and oversight to Risk Owners, Oversight Functions and control activities, in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Audit, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), law degree, regulatory agency experience, audit/exam management experience, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• Strong background in second-line oversight, including ability to assess program design and regulatory risk, challenge control effectiveness and provide regulatory advice to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Proactively advises the business of new and changed Compliance regulatory and/or policy changes.
• Formulates relevant and meaningful data analysis, leveraging advanced modeling and analytics, and leads on interpretation of complex business issues.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of Compliance programs.
• Guides partner through development, implementation, oversight and management of effective Compliance Programs.
