Job summary

TD Bank US Compliance is seeking a Senior Manager – Compliance Training Lead to shape and execute the enterprise training strategy across the U.S. The role partners with Compliance, HR, Legal and business leaders to design curricula, governance, and delivery models that scale and remain audit-ready.

You will lead a team, own analytics, and deliver actionable insights to executives, ensuring timely completion, risk mitigation, and ongoing program improvement in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in compliance or training leadership.
• Prior experience designing enterprise training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the U.S. Compliance Training strategy and annual plan.
• Oversee design, development, and maintenance of training materials.
• Governance framework aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Lead end-to-end training execution and audit readiness.
• Build training metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
