Job summary

TD Bank US Compliance is seeking a Senior Compliance Business Oversight Manager in Charlotte to provide independent second-line risk oversight across key compliance programs. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Risk and Corporate Secretary to ensure regulatory requirements are identified, assessed and managed.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, strategic thinking and the ability to influence senior leaders, with extensive experience in governance, risk management and control

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in compliance or risk management.
• Certification such as CRCM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent second-line compliance risk oversight across key programs.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk and others to ensure regulatory requirements are identified and managed.
• Advise on program design, policy formulation and operating standards within compliance.
• Lead governance reporting, control oversight and issue management across TD Bank US Compliance.
