Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to oversee the compliance team and affordable programs, ensuring HUD/LIHTC requirements across the portfolio. This corporate role emphasizes regulatory oversight and coordination with housing authorities.

Responsibilities include managing in-house staff, conducting audits, generating rent schedules, and monitoring annual recertifications, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of LIHTC/Section 42 certifications experience.
• Experience with Bond, RDA, HOME programs.
• HCCP, COS, TCS or equivalent certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily performance of in-house compliance staff and specialists; travel as needed.
• Interpret regulatory agreements and generate/approve rent schedules.
• Lead Pre-MOR, Pre-CTCAC audits and third-party monitoring.
• Review/approve and complete reports to city and monitoring agencies.
• Monitor annual recertifications and Affordable audits; coordinate with housing authorities.
