Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry. We seek a Compliance Specialist to ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC rules, oversee programs, and implement necessary controls.

The role involves collaborating with on-site and corporate teams, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have LIHTC certification experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience processing LIHTC or Section 42 paperwork.
• Knowledge of HUD/Section 8, 202, and/or 811 programs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with on-site and corporate staff to ensure regulatory compliance for housing programs.
• Travel as required by business needs.
• Perform audits and implement corrective actions.
• Enter data into compliance reporting systems and maintain files.
